Former Nabisco: Fair Lawn

"Old. Obsolete. Highly Contaminated."

Nabisco: Fair Lawn was more than just a cookie factory, it was also home to a laboratory dedicated to 'Research & Development' since 1958. This allowed the site to handle, store and dispose of tons of hazardous, reactive, corrosive and ignitable waste.

This resulted in air, soil and water contamination throughout its decades of production and development.
